Customer reviews have become a pivotal part of a user’s decision on whether to purchase a certain product or not. M.Gemi, being an early stage brand, is fairly new to most customers. One of the most requested features from User Testing sessions we conducted was the addition of customer testimonials and reviews on site to create trust and validity with the brand.
Contact customers who have purchased and kept shoes in the last 3 months and ask them to write a review. An incentive will be offered for completing the review. This flow is intended to gather a critical mass of reviews before we display them on site.

This user flow showcases the preliminary stages, gathering review data, to implementing product reviews on site.
This is the beginning of the funnel to creating reviews on site. The customer receives an email, leading them to a landing page where they can leave a written review along with selecting certain product and customer attributes proposed by the business. Once a customer has submitted their review, they are taken to a confirmation page where they can await their incentive email containing a gift code.
